You know you are alive when your body is feeling sore. (That good kind from moving as apposed to injury…) With that being said I invite you all to invest in some pelvic floor health. Celebrate one another in a safe place and get down with your creative expression. My experience with the class left me feeling strong- standing in a healthy posture, along with unleashing my confidence to ultra-shine level.
